Job Title:IT Support
Location:Time Square Plaza 3rd floor i-10/3, Islamabad.
Shift Timings:Nightshift (7pm-5am)
Requirements:2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services

Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution

Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, in addition to other remote access desktop programs

Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services

Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS

Ability to prioritize and manage all tasks

Job Description: As an IT & Technical Support Specialist at Outright, your responsibilities will include:

Installing and maintaining hardware, operating systems and software programs

Installing, configuring and monitoring network systems

Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software and connectivity issues.

Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.

Administering data and network security for departments including system firewalls, antivirus, group policy and email security

Providing training to fellow employees about network security

Creating, analysing, reporting, converting and transferring data through systems using application software.

Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.

Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and softwares.
Basic Salary:30,000.00 - 60,000.00
