Job Description: | As an IT & Technical Support Specialist at Outright, your responsibilities will include:
Installing and maintaining hardware, operating systems and software programs
Installing, configuring and monitoring network systems
Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
Administering data and network security for departments including system firewalls, antivirus, group policy and email security
Providing training to fellow employees about network security
Creating, analysing, reporting, converting and transferring data through systems using application software.
Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and softwares. |
